We are seeking an LPN LVN to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned patients.
Part-time or Full-time position.
Hourly rate is negotiable.
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum patient care and treatment in a Family Medicine setting
- Collaborate with the Physician to administer prescribed medications
- Educate and update patients on medical treatments
- EKG, IV infusion and IM injections
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
- Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
- Experience with variety of Medical Wellness services
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with EMR and good general computer skills
