Traveling Health Team Lead - California Phlebotomy/LVN/LPN
Location: Fort Worth / Arlington / West DFW Area
Job Type: PRN Variable Schedule
Travel: Overnight travel required
Must currently reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth area

Catapult Health is hiring a Traveling Team Lead to support preventive health screening events throughout the country.
If you're a California-certified Phlebotomist, LVN, or LPN currently living in the DFW area and enjoy working with people, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Please note: Candidates must currently reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This position does not offer relocation.
Your Day-to-Day
As a Traveling Team Lead, you'll help make our health screening events run smoothly while creating a welcoming experience for every patient.
You'll:
- Lead and support health screening events
- Perform finger-stick or upper-arm blood collection - no venipuncture
- Take blood pressure and other basic health measurements
- Enter patient information into an EMR
- Help patients connect with our Nurse Practitioners through video
- Answer questions and provide excellent customer service
- Help set up and break down mobile clinics
- Keep patient flow moving efficiently
- Work alongside other healthcare professionals and Catapult team members
- Represent Catapult Health professionally at client locations
Required Qualifications
- Current DFW resident
- Active California CPT I, CPT II, LPT, LVN, or LPN
- Healthcare or clinical experience
- Strong patient/customer service skills
- Comfortable working with technology and electronic medical records
- Available to travel overnight Sunday-Friday
- Comfortable with frequent domestic air travel
- Available for typical clinic hours of 6:00 AM-3:00 PM
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving history
- REAL ID, U.S. passport, or other acceptable identification for domestic air travel
- At least 21 years old
- Able to lift/push/pull up to 40 pounds
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
You'll Stand Out If You Have:
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills
- Team Lead or supervisory experience
- Mobile phlebotomy experience
- Traveling healthcare experience
- Occupational health experience
- Wellness screening experience
- Medical Assistant experience with phlebotomy
