Locum Tenens coverage providing 24-hour on-call responsibilities for seven consecutive daysResponsible for consults, inpatient care, and transfersSupport staff includes APPs, rounding nurses, and GI teamEstimated 20 patient encounters per shiftERCP training is required for this positionMust have an active Indiana license, CSR, and DEAMust be Board Certified in GastroenterologyRequired procedures include ERCP (both diagnostic and therapeutic)Preferred procedures include upper GI endoscopy with biopsy, foreign body removal, cautery/laser fulguration, variceal injection, PEG placement, esophageal dilatation/manometry, small bowel biopsy, sigmoidoscopy (flexible and rigid), colonoscopy with biopsy and polypectomy, endoscopic ultrasound (EUS), liver biopsy, and Sengstaken/Blakemore tube insertion and managementBLS and ABLS certifications requiredFacility:
