Practice Details
  • Hospital Employed position
  • Full time/permanent position
  • Well established not-for-profit 3 hospital system
  • Office in Northwestern Indiana
  • Mon " Fri daytime hours in office and hospital
  • 1 in 6 rotation
  • 20-30 clinic patients per day 10-15 hospital patients per day
  • Unique work structure conductive to utilizing all your skills
  • Epic EMR system

Requirements
  • BC/BE required
  • Active Indiana medical license or ability to obtain
