Psychiatry Physician

A confidential outpatient healthcare organization in Alabama is seeking an onsite Staff Psychiatrist to provide comprehensive psychiatric care to adults, adolescents, and children.

This is a fully outpatient opportunity with a standard Monday Friday schedule and the potential for a four-day workweek. The psychiatrist will conduct evaluations, diagnose psychiatric and behavioral health conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, prescribe and manage medications, and monitor patient progress.

The organization offers a competitive salary of $250,000 $307,000 based on experience, strong benefits, HRSA loan-forgiveness eligibility, malpractice coverage, annual CME funding, and negotiable relocation assistance.
