Group Rooms Coordinator

Job description

  • Manage group room reservations and room block inventory.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Events, Front Office, and Revenue teams to ensure group booking details are accurate.
  • Monitor room pickup, reservations, and changes within group blocks.
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, group resumes, and event-related reservation documents.
  • Communicate with group organizers and guests regarding accommodations and special requests.
  • Promote hotel services and identify upselling opportunities when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate rates, contracts, and reservation records.
