Please see the details below:Full Time (40 hours per week) FP locums or locums to perm optionFitchburg, MAPrimary, outpatient care, 1 of 4 current sites, possibly growing to 6 in 2022Underserved/underprivileged populationMass License, Mass Controlled and DEA Certs requiredM-F, 8a-5p (may have 1 evening shift per week, but not confirmed yet)21 patients in a 8 hr. shift. $140 per hourPaid weeklyMalpractice Covered
