We are seeking an infectious disease physician to join a multi-specialty practice, serving the healthcare needs of the Hudson Valley community. The practice is part of an ACO REACH Program and is NCQA - Patient Centered Medical Home certified.
Practice Details:
- Join our current team of 5 Infectious Diseases providers.Inpatient / Outpatient services provided
- The group includes Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology, Rheumatology, Sleep Medicine, Behavioral Health, Infectious Diseases, and has an In-Office Infusion Suite
- Salary isbased on the number of days per week and experience (range 200K-275K)
- Possible Incentive for after-hours/weekends
