Job Description:
- Conducting comprehensive cardiovascular evaluations and follow-ups.
- Managing a personal panel of 12-16patients per day.
- Collaborating with cardiologists to develop and implement care plans.
- Providing patient education on heart health, medications, and lifestyle changes.
- Offering cross-coverage only when covering PTO; otherwise based at one location.
- Participating in training (available for Primary Care NPs/PAs transitioning into cardiology).
Job Requirements: - 1-2 years of experience as a Cardiology NP/PA, with prior exposure to obesity medicine preferred.
- Active New York License.
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant.
