Opportunity:

Physician - Emergency Medicine


Job Details:

  • Provide high-quality emergency medical care, including evaluation, treatment, and disposition of patients

  • Work collaboratively with attending physicians to manage a broad spectrum of emergency conditions

  • Ensure effective patient handoffs and communication with consultants, hospitalists, and other care teams

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

  • Manage mostly medical cases with low trauma and medium to high acuity, seeing 8-14 patients per day

  • Work varied shifts including mid (11a-8p), AM (7a-4p weekdays / 7a-3p weekends), and PM (2p-11p weekdays / 3p-11p weekends) shifts

  • Ideal availability of 2 weeks of coverage per month (approximately 15 shifts), including some holidays

  • Full-time, ongoing need through 2027

  • EMR: EPIC

  • Support staff includes RNs

  • Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABEM/AOBEM)

  • Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience required

  • Active Washington State license required (IMLC not accepted at this time)

  • Emergency Medicine Fellowship required

  • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and DEA

  • Must be willing and able to work varied shifts per facility needs

  • Clean background and malpractice history required
