Pay & Benefits - Hourly Pay Rate: $56.95/hr

What You ll Do - Provide specialized care for hematology and oncology patients in a 21-bed unit
- Administer chemotherapy and manage symptoms related to cancer diagnoses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Support palliative and hospice/end-of-life care
- Float to post-surgical and general med-surg units as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation using Epic system
- Ensure patient safety and comfort while adhering to hospital policies and protocols
What You Need - Active Kansas or multistate RN license (no exceptions)
- BLS certification required; chemotherapy certification preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care nursing experience, oncology/hematology experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules with no anytime availability
- Strong clinical skills and professionalism in a high-reliability environment
