The ideal candidate has experience preparing Indian cuisine, maintains a clean and organized kitchen, and can work independently.Responsibilities:Plan and prepare 24 Indian dishes daily.Handle grocery shopping, ingredient preparation, cooking, and packaging.Prepare meals on time for delivery to both a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.Follow proper food handling and food safety practices.Requirements:Experience preparing Indian cuisine.Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene.Reliable and able to report to the Cupertino location at 9:30 AM daily.Ability to work efficiently and independently.Knowledge of food preparation and ingredient management.Prior professional or home cooking experience preparing meals for groups is preferred.Work Location: In person
