    • Sept 1 - 4 days & nights
    • Sept 9 & 10 - nights
    • Sept 14 - 24 days
    • Sept 29 - Oct 1 days
    • Oct 2- 7 nights
    • Oct 9 - 15 days
    • Oct 23 - 29 days
    • Nov 10 - Nov 26 - days
    • Dec 1 - 3 days
    • Dec 18 - Jan 1 nights
    • Dec 21 - Jan 1 - days
    • Day shift: 7AM - 5PM with night back up calls
    • Night shift: 5PM - 7AM (next day) with day back up calls
  • Clinical Details
    • Inpatient/ Outpatient
    • 10-20 patients per shift
    • 25 beds in department
    • Level 2 Trauma
    • MSIC, CVIU,CICU
  • Requirements
    • Active IN License
    • Board Certified
    • DEA
    • CSR
    • Fellowship required
    • ATLS
  • Support Staff
    • 3 RN's
    • 3 PA/NP
    • 2 Office Staff
  • EMR
    • Cerner
