Job Summary:

Frankfort Regional Medical Center is seeking a full-time emergency medicine physician in Frankfort, Kentucky.

Qualified Candidates for Emergency Medicine:

• ABEM/AOEBEM certified or board eligible
• ABIM/ABFM certified or board eligible with EM experience or EM Fellowship

Shift details:

• 120 hours monthly
• 1440 hours annually
• 10 hours shifts: 6a-4p, 1p-11p, 8p-6a
• APP coverage 8a-2a

• 33,072 annual Emergency Medicine visits
• 28 private Emergency Medicine treatment rooms, 1 trauma bay
• 5 fast-track rooms for rapid Emergency Medicine evaluation
• 178-bed facility for Emergency Medicine
• Level III Trauma Center
• Accredited Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI
• Accredited Primary Stroke Center
• Recipient of numerous awards and accolades for quality of care, including Magnet designation for nursing excellence
