The practice operates two ambulatory surgery centers along with clinics at Cascade and Interquest, providing a strong operational infrastructure and an established patient base across the market. Physicians enjoy a collaborative culture with shared call coverage at Memorial Hospital and meaningful involvement in research opportunities as a Principal Investigator.
Compensation is among the most competitive in the specialty, with a competitive base salary dependent on experience, plus a productivity model that rewards performance once a collections threshold is met.
