Outbound Telephone Sales Job Duties: Communicate via outbound phone calls, as well as email

Follow approved scripts on outbound calls to ensure proper expectations have been set

Use provided rebuttals to overcome objections and close sales

Recommend and suggest products to achieve daily sales goals

Address customer questions and concerns regarding their order while also managing account information

Process orders while communicating all essential customer account information
