This position is ideal for individuals who are not currently enrolled in high school, as team members must be available to work until 11:00 PM on weeknights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support kitchen operations during peak business hours
- Prepare and cook Chick-fil-A menu items to quality standards
- Assist with nightly closing tasks, including:
- Cleaning equipment and kitchen surfaces
- Washing dishes and organizing supplies
- Restocking and preparing for the next day
- Work with a team to ensure efficient and timely closing procedures
- Follow all Chick-fil-A food safety and sanitation policies
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older (due to late-night schedule and labor laws)
- Available to work a minimum of 5 days Monday-Saturday from 2pm-11pm
- Able to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- NO previous restaurant experience required
