Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).
• Travel experience is preferred.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
• Trauma Level 2 experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >80 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
Level I/II trauma experience required.
Experience in a 400+ bed hospital required.
Special Requests:

At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Must take a full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well.

Previous Sanford Health employees must have an end date 6 months prior to the submission date.
Unit Details:
Work is mostly in the ED, inpatient, and portable settings, with some OR work as needed.
The clinician will work independently.
Procedures include general CR/DR imaging, fluoroscopy, C-arm, cartography, and trauma.
Uses PACS (McKesson) and GE, Philips, Carestream, and Toshiba imaging equipment.
Shift & Scheduling:
Call is required.
Shift may be 8s, 10s, or 12s.
Rotating shifts.
Floating Requirements:
Floats to the OR, ER, and portable X-ray throughout the hospital.
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
Driver's license required for submission
