Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive Compensation: Guaranteed base salary, plus wRVU productivity upside with low threshold

Qualifications
• Degree: MD or DO
• Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Licensure: Active Kentucky license or eligible to obtain one
• Experience: New graduates and experienced Family Medicine physicians welcome to apply
