Locum Physician - Gastroenterology Opportunity in Massachusetts

We are seeking an experienced Gastroenterologist for a Locum hospital-based GI opportunity in Massachusetts starting January 2027.

Position Details

• Start: January 1, 2027 End: March 31, 2027 (option to extend) 13 weeks
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-5:00 PM (10-hour shifts)
• Call: Night call Monday-Thursday 5:00 PM-7:00 AM (second call with PA support); optional weekend call Friday 3:00 PM-Monday 7:00 AM
• Minimum commitment: weekend call or Monday-Friday coverage
• Setting: Hospital-based GI - rounds, add-on cases, upper/lower endoscopy, colonoscopy, general GI procedures
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing: approximately 90 days

Requirements

• MD/DO, Board Certified in Gastroenterology
• Active Massachusetts license, DEA, and BLS
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Name and NPI required for clearance
