Hematology/Oncology Physician

Locum Physician - Hematology/Oncology Opportunity in Massachusetts

We are seeking a General Medical Oncologist (primarily GI, thoracic and classical hematology) for an outpatient locum opportunity in Massachusetts.

Position Details

• Start: ASAP; coverage needed for 1 year with possibility to extend
• Schedule: 40 hours/week (1.0 FTE) - 4 days/week, 8 clinic sessions (8am-12pm; 1pm-5pm) plus 1 administrative day; open to candidates available 2 days/week
• Setting: Outpatient academic cancer center clinic; 10-16 clinic patient appointments per day
• Support: APP and RN navigator support; director and clinic manager on site
• Procedures: bone marrow biopsy preferred
• Call: None EMR: Epic

Requirements

• MD/DO, Board Certified (ABMS) in Hematology/Oncology; fellowship in Hematology/Oncology required
• Massachusetts license preferred (candidates without one considered if they have a current FCVS)
• CSR and DEA required
• Local candidates preferred; open to travel with consistent shifts
