Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 36 months (3 years).
Requirements:
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
Must have worked in a clinic setting for 1 year within the last 3 years.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Experience with echo, stress echo and vascular (carotid, lower arteries, lower ven, ABI, ABD AO) preferred.
Shift & Scheduling:
Monday-Friday schedule.
Floating Requirements:
Seeking support coverage across two clinics, with primary assignment in Rockwall and periodic support needed at Dallas clinic.
Secondary clinic: 8440 Walnut Hill Lane, POB 4, Suite 601, Dallas, Texas 75231.
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
Driver's license required for submission
