Scottsdale, AZ that is seeking an
HR Coordinator to join its team. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on human resources and administrative experience who enjoys supporting employees, maintaining accurate records, and keeping HR processes organized.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
- Assist with onboarding and new-hire documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support recruiting, interview coordination, and hiring activities as needed
- Assist with employee questions and general HR requests
- Track paperwork and ensure employee information is accurate and up to date
- Support additional HR projects and administrative duties
Qualifications: - Previous HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar human resources experience preferred
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Pay: $23-$25/hour
