Anesthesiology Physician

Fixed position

Full-time coverage, with a minimum commitment of 3 weeks per month

Independent practice without supervision

Assignment in the operating room or endoscopy

EMR: Epic

Patient population: Adults and healthy pediatric patients

Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:00 PM

Minimum commitment: 3 weeks per month

Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 90 days

Travel: Not applicable; all-inclusive rate

Overtime: Same as regular rate

Holiday rate: 1.4x

First 8 hours of orientation are non-billable

Provide anesthesia services for general surgery, plastics, orthopedics, urology, gynecology, endoscopy, and healthy pediatric cases.

Perform regional anesthesia and various nerve blocks, including pediatric blocks.

Regional anesthesia skills are strongly preferred.

Endoscopy providers should be comfortable managing cases per day.

The client is seeking consistent, reliable coverage.

Board certification required

Massachusetts medical license required

ABA board certification or eligibility

BLS and ACLS certifications

DEA registration required in Massachusetts

Minimum of 1 year of experience

Name clearance and NPI number required

Candidates needing a Massachusetts license may be considered if they have a clean file. Credentialing can begin once documentation of the submitted license application is available.
