Job description

Opportunity Overview
  • Fixed assignment
  • Start Date: December 7, 2026
  • Contract length: 3-6 months
  • Pain Clinic
  • Clinic/Private Practice and Hospital settings
  • Coverage needed 2-3 weeks per month
Schedule & Coverage
  • Monday-Friday
  • 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
  • Approximately 15 patients per day
  • Patient population: Adults, approximately 30-80 years
  • 2 RNs and Radiology Technologist support
  • EMR: NextGen
Clinical Details
  • Fluoroscopically guided spinal injections
  • Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar epidural steroid injections
  • Medial branch blocks and radiofrequency ablation
  • Joint, SI joint, facet, and trigger-point injections
  • Peripheral nerve blocks
  • Ultrasound-guided injections and procedures
  • Intrathecal pump experience preferred
Requirements
  • MD/DO
  • Pain Management
  • Board Certified
  • Accredited Pain Fellowship or qualifying board certification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • West Virginia license required
  • IMLC or WV temporary license candidates accepted
  • DEA required
  • Credentialing: 60+ days
