Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Flexible CRNA coverage across three hospitals located within five minutes of each other.

Hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings, primarily at Memorial's main operating rooms.

Coverage available for full-time or part-time providers.

Patients of all ages, inpatient and outpatient.

Cerner EMR.

Flexible shifts based on departmental needs, with no guaranteed shifts.

Available schedules may include:

• Five 8-hour shifts per week.

• Four 10-hour shifts per week.

• 7:00 AM 3:00 PM.

• 7:00 AM 5:00 PM.

Weekend availability required as needed, but not weekends only.

No call shifts.

Schedule provided after credentialing and medical staff orientation.

General, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, interventional radiology, thoracic, pediatric, neuro, and cardiac cases.

Endoscopy and other surgical procedures.

Must be comfortable working in the main operating rooms.

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).

West Virginia license required.

ACLS, BLS, and PALS required.

Minimum 2 years of experience.

Credentialing timeframe: approximately days.
