  • Licenses: WA or IMLC

  • Certifications: BLS
  • Experience: Hematology Residency/Fellowship
  • Other Qualifications: Clean Malpractice History, Full Time availability
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide hematology/oncology care to patients
  • See patients and write orders
  • Utilize Epic EMR for documentation
  • Collaborate with support staff including MAs, RNs, and schedulers
  • Manage outpatient chemotherapy and treatment plans
