A non-profit Federally Qualified Community Health Center in northern New Hampshire is adding a Family Medicine Physician. They operate in five sites and provide affordable and high-quality healthcare to over 9,000 patients in more than 26 towns, offering integrated health services to families, including Medical, and Behavioral health. No call The team includes 10 Physicians and 1 PA, along with APRNs and LICSWs.
