Job Opportunity: Locum - Physician - OB/GYN in Paducah, KY

With an average delivery volume of 700-800 annually, and a supportive environment with midwives available for call coverage, you will play an essential role in delivering care to adult patients in a thriving community.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine deliveries including vaginal and low forceps deliveries.
- Make decisions regarding C-sections and manage complicated deliveries, including breech and multiple births.
- Conduct VBACs and repair 3rd & 4th degree lacerations.
- Provide gynecological call coverage as needed.
- Document all patient interactions using EPIC EMR.
- Work collaboratively with midwives and utilize available hospital resources.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Valid Kentucky medical license or active IMLC.
- BLS certification.
- DEA certification.
- Prior work history at the facility (if applicable) should be noted during the credentialing process.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible - American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- KY medical license or active IMLC.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current DEA certification.
