Locums - Shelby, North Carolina, Hematology/Oncology Opening
Clinical RoleRecruitWell is seeking a Hematology/Oncology physician for ongoing locums coverage in Shelby, North Carolina. This opportunity includes outpatient clinic, hospital-based call coverage, and a dedicated administrative day each week.
Assignment Details
Clinical Details & Responsibilities
Provide Hematology/Oncology clinic coverage
Approximately 15 clinic patients per shift
Manage assigned and unassigned patients
Approximately 5 phone consultations
Bone marrow procedure capability preferred
Coordinate care with infusion, inpatient, and specialty teams
Call Coverage
Regional night call: Approximately 5 nights per month
Night call: 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Day call: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Call ratio: 2:5
