Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Client seeks Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for contract assignment starting November 16-April 2 at their Corporate Health clinic in Fair Lawn, NJ. Provider will see ages 3 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, Physicals, and wellness visits including Women's Health. Hours are Monday 9:00am-7:00pm, Tuesday & Wednesday 7:30am-3:30pm, Thursday 9:00am-4:00pm, all with a 30-minute lunch break from 12:30pm-1:00pm, and alternating Friday and Saturday each week 8:00am-12:00pm (Saturdays are November 21, December 5 & 19, January 2, 16, & 30, February 13 & 27, and March 13 & 27). Staffing level is 1 provider and 1 Medical Assistant. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty including Women's Health experience to qualify for this assignment. NJ DEA is required.
