RecruitWell is seeking a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner to join an established inpatient cardiology team in Massachusetts.
Position Highlights:
Immediate opening for an Inpatient Cardiology Nurse Practitioner
Inpatient, hospital-based cardiology position
Three 10-hour shifts during the week
Rotating daytime weekend coverage every fourth weekend
Conduct inpatient cardiology consultations and provide ongoing follow-up care
Manage patients before and after cardiac procedures
Coordinate discharge planning and appropriate follow-up care
Collaborate closely with cardiologists, hospitalists, and primary care providers to ensure continuity of care
EMR: Epic and eClinicalWorks
Collaborative, team-oriented clinical environment
Qualifications:
Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner
Appropriate state licensure and credentials for practice in Massachusetts
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and care coordination skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary inpatient cardiology team
