Position Details:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
• Home health setting
• $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates
• Assess patients, develop care plans, and provide skilled physical therapy in patients homes

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved physical therapy education program
• Iowa PT license or eligible compact license
• Passed the required physical therapy examination
• At least one year of experience caring for a similar patient population
