Position Details:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
• Weekend rotation required; no call
• $20,000 new-hire sign-on bonus
• Potential relocation assistance of up to $10,000
• Assess patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
• Iowa OT license or eligible compact license
• At least one year of experience caring for a similar patient population
• Valid driver s license and automobile insurance
• Current BLS healthcare provider certification
