Responsible for the movement of packages and on-road support such as shuttling, bulk Pickup & Delivery (P&D), and priority service P&D recovery. Essential Functions: Responsible for the physical loading, unloading and/or sorting of packages by hand, including lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying and placing, in a safe and efficient manner. Operator of company vehicles under 10,001lbs, performing shuttle functions and bulk P&D pick-ups. Delivering priority service recovery packages to customers. Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Education: High school diploma/GED required Minimum Experience: Have at least one (1) year with an active driver's license and driving experience Other Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license Must be at least 21 years of age Strong driving record and will require a motor vehicle background review Ability to lift up to 50lbs, or over 50lbs with appropriate equipment and/or assistance Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must be able to speak and read English well enough to communicate with others, follow work instructions, and recognize street numbers, addresses, highway signs and traffic control signals and devices Must meet qualifications as outlined in section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier safety regulations.
