Class A CDL Company Driver - Solo & Team OTR (Dedicated Lanes Available)

Position Type: Full-Time, Over-The-Road (OTR)
Pay Rate:
- Solo Drivers: $0.65 - $0.75 per mile (based on experience)
- Team Drivers: $0.75 - $0.85 per mile split

Responsibilities
- Safely transport freight across assigned over-the-road routes in compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections daily.
- Maintain accurate Electronic Logging Device (ELD) records in compliance with FMCSA Hours of Service regulations.
- Communicate promptly with dispatch regarding route updates, load statuses, and scheduled delivery appointments.
- Ensure all cargo is properly secured and delivered intact and on schedule.
Driver Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Valid FMCSA medical card (or ability to pass a DOT physical).
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment DOT drug screening and background check.
