This facility is seeking a Family or Internal Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-5p

Patients per day: 20

Practice Setting: Primary Care Clinic

Scope: Outpatient. All ages

State Licensure: Ohio state medical license, Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine, Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR).
