What You ll Do
- Provide radiation oncology care for adult patients in a primarily outpatient setting.
- Evaluate patients and develop radiation treatment plans.
- Perform and manage 3D radiotherapy, conventional radiotherapy, and external beam radiation therapy.
- Use 3D-CRT, IGRT, IMRT, fractionated stereotactic radiotherapy, stereotactic body radiation therapy, and stereotactic radiosurgery.
- Order appropriate tests and imaging studies.
- Prescribe radiation treatments and monitor patient progress.
- Provide clinic and call coverage across the Mount Clemens and Clarkston locations.
What You Need
Required - Experience practicing as a Radiation Oncologist.
- Ability to provide adult radiation oncology care.
- Ability to provide weekday clinic and call coverage.
- Competence with the radiation therapy procedures and techniques listed above.

About the Assignment

The schedule includes Monday, Wednesday, and Friday coverage in Mount Clemens and Tuesday and Thursday coverage in Clarkston. The practice serves approximately 25 patients per day, with about 95% outpatient and 5% inpatient care, and on-site laboratory and imaging services available.
