Oncology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $309.43 - $334.95

This facility is seeking an Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 2 days per week

Practice Setting: Inpatient and outpatient

Type of cases and required procedures: Medical Oncology, supervising Advanced Practice Providers, patient panel per day: 11-13

Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days, t emporary privileges available for clean files

Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC

Certifications required: Board certification/eligible (3-5 years of experience), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Licensure required: Active Colorado license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) with Letter of Qualification, Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)
