- Limited inpatient call, restricted to rheumatology consults and shared among five faculty members
- Onsite clinical pharmacist support
- Weekly division meetings for case discussion and shared learning

- Dedicated research staff to support scholarly activity
- Ample opportunities to teach and mentor medical students and residents
