Locums Neurosurgery coverage needed in Florida with a predictable overnight schedule and an established neurosurgery team. Inpatient adult service, ongoing need, with call expectations and a 15 minute response time.

Practice Setting

• Inpatient neurosurgery coverage
• Adult patient population
• Team model with 4 neurosurgeons and 4 APPs
• Typical volume is 10 patients per shift

Schedule

• Overnight shifts, Monday through Thursday
• Ongoing, as soon as credentialed
• Call required, weekly call expectation
• 15 minute response time, typically 0 to 25 phone consults

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board certified in Neurological Surgery
• Florida license required, will consider physicians with an active IMLC LOQ while license is in process
• BLS and ACLS
