The Opportunity We are seeking a
General Dentist (Locum Tenens) to provide high-quality, compassionate dental care. This is a temporary, full-time opportunity ideal for a provider who enjoys working in a collaborative, child-focused environment. Assignment Details Luray, VA 22835

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Practice Overview • General dentist - Adult practice & 15% peds • 50-60% Medicaid practice • 3 OPs for doctor Compensation & Benefits • Top-quartile compensation • Weekly direct deposit pay • Locum position • Dedicated recruiter support • Fast onboarding process What You ll Do • Provide comprehensive general dentistry to pediatric patients • Maintain strong daily production while delivering quality care • Deliver patient-centered treatment in a supportive, team-oriented environment • Comfortable with pediatric procedures including SSC crowns, fillings, pulpotomies, sealants, and hygiene exams • Must be able to perform both operative dentistry and hygiene checks • Ability to manage high patient volume ( 30 patients per day) Requirements • DDS or DMD from an accredited program • Active VA dental license (or ability to obtain) • Comfortable treating children • Strong efficiency in a productive practice setting • Performing endo procedures is preferred
