Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour (tiered based on CDL driving experience and qualifications) + Bonus Opportunities
Schedule: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, approximately 35-40 hours per week)
Overtime: Occasional overtime and weekend work based on business needs.

Position Overview
Smash My Trash is seeking a dependable, safety-focused CDL Class B Driver to join our West Coast Florida team. This is primarily a Smash Operator position, with cross-training on our Heavyweight Waste Roll-Off trucks. Drivers operate specialized Smash Trucks to compact waste in commercial dumpsters and occasionally perform roll-off services as needed. Our typical schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work based on customer demand. Start times and shifts may vary depending on operational needs. Drivers may occasionally be required to report to other South Florida locations. Reliable personal transportation to assigned dispatch locations is required. Schedule flexibility is essential. Applicants must be willing to accommodate varying start times and operational needs.

Responsibilities
- Operate Smash Trucks to compact waste at commercial customer locations.
- Occasionally operate roll-off trucks to transport and service dumpsters.
- Follow assigned daily routes and schedules.
- Use mobile applications to document routes and completed services.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Promptly report equipment issues, maintenance needs, and incidents.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor equipment adjustments as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
- Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
- Maintain consistent communication with the Operations Team.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL
- Minimum 3 years of CDL driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Ability to pass a 5-year background check
- Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications
- Hydraulic equipment experience preferred
- Reliable personal transportation to varying dispatch locations
- Flexible availability for varying start times and occasional weekend work
- Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and commitment to safety
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with the Operations Team
