About the Opportunity
- Clinics are open Monday - Thursday, 8A to 8P; 8A to 5P on Friday
- See patients of all ages. Average of 18 patients per day
- Flexible schedule
- 32-patient contact hours per week with 8 hours of administration time
- EPIC EHR
- Spanish-speaking a plus
- Opportunity to teach family medicine residents in the clinic
- Integrated care team model with nurses, medical assistants, chiropractors, and case managers
