Compensation & Benefits
- $400,000 $425,000 guaranteed base salary , depending on qualifications.
- Uncapped productivity compensation based on actual professional collections, not RVUs.
- 401(k) with up to 5% employer match.
- 20 days PTO plus 11 paid holidays.
- 5 additional CME days plus $3,000 annual CME allowance.

- Approximately 1:4 weekend call , with APP first response and support.

- Initial office volume of approximately patients daily, building toward as the practice grows.
