Position Highlights:

• Ideal Work Environment: 3 clinic days and 1.5 reading days a week. Visits are 20 minutes for established patients and 40 for new patients, and Epic is the EMR.
• Favorable Call Schedule: 1 weeknight a week, plus a 1:5 weekend rotation with rounding the same week.
• Desirable Practice Setting: A hospital-based, hub-and-spoke heart program with 6 cath labs (ACC-accredited flagship site), cardiothoracic surgery and electrophysiology on site.
• Culture & Support: A full heart team of 6 interventional cardiologists, 2 CT surgeons, an electrophysiologist and 8 APPs, with strong RN, MA and scheduling support.
• Professional Growth Opportunities: A broad imaging scope including echo, TEE, nuclear and stress, vascular ultrasound, cardiac CT and cardiac MRI.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: $620,000 guaranteed base.
• Generous Performance Bonus: wRVU incentives, plus up to $60,000 a year in value-based incentives.
• Sign-On Bonus: $100,000.

Qualifications:

• Degree: MD or DO.
• Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease.
• Licensure: WI medical license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Experience: New fellows and experienced cardiologists are welcome.
