Spire is hiring a contract Occupational Therapist for a 13 week, on site assignment in Cumming, GA 30041. 1 opening. Acute care experience is needed. This role will not float to ICU; the facility has only a Med Surg unit and an outpatient center.

Pay and schedule
- Pay: $60 to $65 per hour (estimated weekly package around $2,627 gross, including meal and housing stipends)
- Employment type: Contract, 13 weeks
- Hours: 40 per week, 5x8 day shifts, varies with weekend rotations
- Start date: within 4 weeks of an offer, about 11/30 or 12/7
- Location: Cumming, GA 30041

What you'll do
- Perform patient evaluations and build individualized treatment plans
- Provide ADL training and plan for patient discharge
- Keep strong documentation and work with the interdisciplinary team

Requirements
- Active Georgia Occupational Therapist license
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current BLS and NBCOT certification
- Minimum 2 years of recent occupational therapy experience
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Acute care or hospital experience, and experience with patient evaluations (preferred)
- Available to complete a 13 week assignment
