Locums - Phoenix, Arizona, Hematology/Oncology Job (IMLC Accepted)
Clinical RoleRecruitWell is seeking a Board Certified Hematology/Oncology physician for ongoing locums coverage in Phoenix, Arizona. This is an inpatient opportunity focused on Oncology consultations, continuity of care, and coordination of appropriate outpatient follow-up.

Each coverage block ends at 7:00 AM the following morning.
Assignment Details
Ongoing for approximately 1 year or until a permanent physician is hired
Minimum commitment of 2 weeks per month
Additional provider availability may be considered
24-hour call: 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM
Monday-Sunday coverage blocks
Inpatient setting
Clinical Details & Responsibilities
Provide inpatient Hematology/Oncology coverage
Evaluate and manage all Oncology consultations
Approximately 12-15 consults per week
Coordinate hospital follow-up with the outpatient team to support continuity of care
No procedures required

Requirements
Board Certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology required
Active Arizona medical license or IMLC pathway accepted
ACLS and BLS highly preferred; must be willing to obtain during credentialing
DEA required for credentialing
Transferred DEA may be considered but must remain active for the full duration of the assignment
