- 24h Onsite (Solo): 10/31; 11/26-27; 12/23, 28
- Night Call Only: 11/25
- Call Details: Beeper call for unassigned patients
- Required Neonatal-Perinatal Skills:
- Nursery Level II/NICU, Nursery Level III/NICU
- Ventilation Management (Invasive ETT, Non-invasive BiPAP/CPAP)
- Use of nitric oxide (iNO), ECMO
- Chest tube insertion, Exchange transfusions
- Hemodialysis catheter placement
- Evaluation and Management of acute volume/BP issues
- Insertion of Central Line, Arterial Line and PA catheter
- Diagnostic/Therapeutic taps (Lumbar puncture, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis)
- Circumcision
- Attend All C-sections, and Attend High-Risk C-Sections
- Preferred Pediatrics Skills:
- Non-Invasive Ventilation Management (neo-puff)
- Ventilation Management (Newborn/Pediatric, Acute/Chronic)
- Intubation (ETT/NT), Conscious/Deep sedation
- UVC, UAC, Needle pneumothorax, Decompression
- X-ray interpretation, EKG interpretation
- Suturing minor lacerations, and Swallow studies
- Certifications Needed: PALS
- Practice Setting: Inpatient (Stroke Certified)
- Duties: Rounding on assigned patients (No admissions required)
- Supervision: Resident or teaching supervision is required (No APP supervision required)
- EMR: Cerner
