We're recruiting Registered Respiratory Therapists for a growing hospital in North Central Ohio, approximately an hour northeast of Columbus.
This opportunity offers competitive hourly compensation, generous shift differentials, and a substantial sign-on/retention bonus.

$29.55 $40.00/hour base pay

Additional $5.00/hour night differential

Additional $2.00/hour weekend differential

$34.55 $45.00/hour with the night differential

Full-time, permanent hospital opportunity
Schedule
-
Three 12-hour night shifts per week
-
6:30 PM 7:00 AM
-
Every third weekend rotation
-
Approximately 36 scheduled hours per week
What You'll Be Doing
-
Providing respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions
-
Managing ventilators and supporting airway management
-
Administering oxygen therapy and respiratory treatments
-
Performing arterial blood gas procedures
-
Participating in emergency responses, including codes and rapid responses

Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other clinical professionals
Qualifications
-
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through NBRC
-
Ohio Respiratory Care Professional license
-
Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program
-
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP credentials
-
Two years of acute-care experience preferred
